Returns

Returns Policy 

- You can return any full priced item(s) within 14 days of purchase for an online store credit. Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing, including orders using ZipPay or Afterpay.  

 

- PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND OR CANCEL ORDERS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED.

- All online store credits will be issued via email attached to the account holder/customer.

- Exchanges or refunds will be given in the case of a manufacturing fault only. 

- Replacement of a faulty garment will be given if we have the stock available, if not we will then refund.

- Please note: We do not refund postage cost. However we will cover the cost of postage in the case of a manufacturing fault only.

- Please follow all wash instructions. Hand wash for anything with distressing/holes.

Condition of Return 

- ALL PRODUCT(S) MUST BE RETURNED:

- Unworn & Unwashed 

- Original tags must be attached 

- Not smelling of perfume, deodorant or washing powder 

- Makeup & Tan free

- We reserve the right to reject your return if any of these conditions aren't met with the standard of our returns policy. You will be contacted via email if this is the case and postage back to you will be covered by YOU. 

- Please note: All items returned undergo a quality control check prior to your return being accepted, to ensure items meet the Condition of Return standard.

- For hygienic reasons the following cannot be returned:

- Swimwear 

- Intimates

- Hair Accessories 

- Free Bras

- Bath & Body Products

- All items purchased during a promotional period (ON SALE)

When returning item(s) we strongly suggest to use a trackable postage option, to ensure you can track your parcel being returned. Unfortunately if the parcel is lost on its way to us, we are limited in what we can do for you. 

Please contact if you wish to exchange a product. If you are exchanging a product, we ask that you include a return trackable postage bag in the parcel you are sending back to us so we can return your exchange item to you.
